| 1: | Do the treatment as if nothing had happened. Replace the flap making sure you have the epithelium on top. |
| 2: | Mark the flap. |
| 3: | Do an auto-refractor and insert the value into the formula at the top of this site. |
| 4: | The amount and direction of rotation will appear. |
| 5: | Mark the desired position behind the slit-lamp. |
| 6: | Go back to the operation room and rotate the flap to the desired position. |
| 7: | Recheck and repeat if necessary. |
